What it Means to be Part of a Team

Being part of a team is being responsible with one another and cooperating together to make things work.  It can be a sport team, any activities, working on a project, relationships...etc  When you are playing a sport, you have to help each other and encourage each other and don't anything personal get to you and same thing with other things.  Relationship tends to be selfish sometimes when the two wants something but don't want to work it out together, that's not called being a team or partner.  Those things happens, but people in relationship needs to keep telling themselves that they have to work together in order to achieve the things you want in the relationship.    It takes so much guts for some people to step up and cooperate.  It's not like everything will be okay right away because life isn't that magical.  Fairness plays a big role too, for me, its hard to see someone doing most of the work and it's hard to see people left behind and have nothing to do.  It's hurts the person and they might fake it or act like they are fine but you will never know for sure... so being fair is one of the puzzle to a real team.  =)

Reputation

If you ask me if reputation is important... I would say it just depends on the person.  It shouldn't matter what people think of you but if you have a really bad reputation, that's dangerous.  God cares how you represent yourself but he also cares if you have a good heart in the inside.  I don't understand why people put themselves as a bad person when deep inside, they know they don't really want to be that person.  It's not a bad thing to represent yourself as you are inside, you can represent it by clothes, makeup but best of all, how you act!  Reputation evolves and it should change for the best and not for the worst.  Especially when you are older, you should have a good reputation towards the young ones because if you have a bad one, they will grow up that way and you will regret it unless they are smarter then the older ones.  Don't put yourself as someone else you don't like.  Don't try to fit in when you can do better then that.  Having a good reputation is having a good life.  People can't read your heart, your sould or your brain. They can see who you are if you just shpw them.  Don't people change who you are, because that ruins your reputation.

Youtube

So most of the people know in the world that youtube has basically everything!  If I haven't found youtube, I wouldn't be able to know the things I do now.  Youtube is part of my life because it changed me more and more for better.  I am not a youtube guru, but I am a subscriber to the people I look up to.  I mostly look at beauty stuff, hair, fashion which is another way for me to learn and knowledge myself for the future.  I am not just learning it to look good, but to feel good.  There's advice, confident talk, life talk which helps me feel so much better when my day is going horrible.  The people on Youtube takes there time to share their advice and feelings to us.  I know that some people do it to get free products and earn money, but when they put there hard work into it, that doesn't matter anymore to them because they do giveaways to us too.  I would show you guys their pictures but I figure that wouldn't be good because it's their pictures.

Spring!!!

OOOOOO!!!!
Okay okay okay.... i love love love spring.  Alright I'll stop, anyways I love the colors, the blossom flowers, the fashion, jewelries, makeup looks and everything!  The shoes is probably my favorite even though I don't have to job to buy them but I love to look in magazines and other people wearing them.  The wedges that are made out of corks and wood are so wearable for spring and summer too or they can be made out of something else too.

 One thing I love about spring is when girls wear dressed, the wind and flower blooming makes your hair and skin look so wonder with the dresses the girls wear.  I feel so free when it's windy and when it's raining hard, I feel so peaceful and relaxing.

Jewelries and accessories is always a big thing when it comes to spring, all the floral accessories and the colorful beads is such joy to me.  It's time to take the black and white in winter away and put in the colorful bright colors to brighten every heart world.

I think I'm thinking too much

Two more years until I head off to college and begin the journey.  I keep thinking about it and I know i should enjoy being young, but I can't help but look back and then look at me now.  Time has gone by so fast and everything has changed, inside and out.  I'm so worried that I might now be able to get accepted to college, it's my dreams and I love to learn.  People tell me all the time that I will do something big and design big things, but I my heart is unsure right now.  I want to be confident but if you look at all these designers, they are absolutely amazing.  There are so many types of fabrics, texture, color, style, but it seems so hard and overwhelming.  Am I loosing hope?  Why am I so unsure?  I feel like something is missing in my life, but I just don't seem to get it.  Will Father help me?  Time is going by so fast and I need to look at reality instead of dreaming, but I just don't know where to start.  Can someone help me?

Respect

Respect is what should be done every single day.  Respect everyone, respect every species in the world, respect everything.  Number one key to earn my trust is respect.  It hurts and bothers me when kids disrespect teachers and other adults.  I done it before and it does hurt, it made me feel bad.  Men who disrespect women is one of the things I can't stand.  People should respect each other no matter what wrong they have done.  Love the world like you would want to be loved.  I can't be perfect either but at least I realize what's wrong and right.  It's life and you have to deal with people sooner or later.  Respect them because you never know what God will gift back to you.  People might not respect you back but God will.  He will appreciate the good things you done and he will grant you something good back.  Influences are all over the world and that can prevent us from respecting, but the ones who are strong enough can fight that sin.  I am not a perfect person but I know how perfect God is and I follow him.

Dear blog,
I don't know what to write or what picture should I put up.  I feel really lazy right now and I just feel stupid for doing this lame blog.  I'm laying down on my bed and it's 8:00 P.M.  The weather is crazy, I swear Minnesota weather is bi-polar.  I really miss Burnsville, Eagan, Savage, Apple Valley, bloomington, and Minneapolis.  There were less people who judged me and here in Albert Lea feels like a big court city.  I wish it was more diverse and less smoking and drinking.  This blog is really killing time.  I'm on facebook and listening to African music.  I think I will go now.  Bye blog
